Harvinder Saraswat is a Delhi-based, internationally certified RCI Licensed Rehabilitation & Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of profound experience in therapy, corporate training, and counseling. As the visionary founder of Mindcare Psychological Services, she has compassionately guided over 3,000 individuals on their unique paths to healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Specializing in child, adolescent, and adult counseling, Harvinder addresses a comprehensive range of concerns, including marital and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, substance use challenges, assertiveness development, and achieving work-life balance. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, skillfully blending multiple modalities to foster lasting, transformative change and empower clients to lead more meaningful lives.

Embark on a structured and supportive path towards well-being.Here's a step-by-step guide to your therapeutic experience with us.

Book Your Session

Choose a suitable time slot via call, WhatsApp, or our online form.

Pre-Session Contact

We’ll send you a confirmation and share a short intake form if required.

First Session – Rapport Building

We begin by creating a safe, trusting environment. You’ll share a broad overview of your concerns and expectations.

Second Session –

Deep Dive

We explore your personal, emotional, and family history. Together, we define your therapy goals.

Third Session Onwards – Intervention Begins

Active therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, TA, etc.) begins.

Weekly Sessions

Regular sessions are held weekly. Each one is personalised to your journey and growth pace.

Homework & Reflection

Between sessions, you may receive reflective exercises or practical tasks to help apply what’s discussed.

Preparing for Termination

As goals are met, we discuss ending therapy. This includes reviewing progress, relapse prevention, and planning for future well-being.

Termination &

Future Support

Therapy concludes with a summary of achievements and strategies for maintaining progress. We discuss options for future check-ins if needed.
